How it Works
To get the types of photos you wish you could get when actually speaking, you’ll work with me and my team to set the stage (pun intended) to capture you in your best moments, having fun, and looking fabulous.
Together, along with the other speakers doing the Icon Experience, we’ll plan every detail in advance. Starting with your speech, we’ll identify the specific high-impact moments, emotions, outfits, props — everything you want captured on stage.
On the day of the event, you'll go on stage with your supportive, cheering group (along with any colleagues, friends and family you want included) as the audience.
If you choose to include the 1:1 branding session in your package, we’ll go through a similar process to identify and shoot the photos you need for your speaker brand, website and social media.

The Process
As part of The Icon Experience, you’ll go through a prep course that we’ve created. This will take you through all of the steps in the process: guiding you to take the most high-impact elements of your speech, and translate them to photos and videos that will resonate with event planners, and your audience.

My team and I will guide you through creating your shot list: identifying high-impact moments from your speech, intentionally planning outfits, props, signature bits and emotional impact.
Stage Photos With Live Audience
At least 25 high-resolution photos of you speaking on stage, including a variety of your best moments, angles and signature bits that you can use on your speaker page, LinkedIn banner, newsletters and event flyers.
Stage Videos
A 60 second showcase video of your best moments, in landscape mode for use on your website. Plus 3 short portrait-mode videos for social media such TikTok, Reels or Shorts.

Extended prep process
In addition to your shot list for stage, my team and I will guide you through a powerful intuitive process to find your visual expression for your individual photos. You’ll get to create a mood board, and use that to plan your individual brand photos shot list.
2-hour individual photo session
The shot list will be a guide, but we won’t just go through it mechanically. We’ll create a space where you can thoughtfully and intentionally express yourself in each photo. I always have a trained somatic coach assisting me to help you get into your body and authentic emotion, and create a supportive, joyful space.

Hey! I’m Raj
I’m Raj, a personal branding photographer and trained speaker. I’ve worked with many professional speakers to help them bring their inner spark and powerful message to life, through photos they can joyfully share on their website, speaker materials and social media.
I curated this experience for iconic speakers, current and future (yes, that’s you!) which occurs at different locations throughout the year to help them launch or upgrade their speaker brand.

No! This is a simulation to resemble a real event. You will not need to give a speech but you will be directed on what to do by your photographer in order to capture “real life” photos!

If you’ve bought the stage package only, you need to be there just for the one day we’re doing stage photos.
If you also added the 1-1 branding session, we’ll allocate a 3-hour time slot to you on a different day that week and that’ the time you’ll need to be there. We’ll work with your schedule to figure out the right slot.

Nope! This isn’t a real event, simply a simulation to mirror a real event. However, we want your images to represent your speech so we may have you cite certain parts of your speech so it looks most realistic.

Here’s what every client will walk away with:
a) 25+ high-resolution photos of you speaking on stage, including a variety of your best moments, angles and signature bits that you can use on your speaker page, LinkedIn banner, newsletters and event flyers.
b) A 60 second showcase video of your best moments on stage in landscape mode for the top of your website or speaker page.
c) 3 shorter portrait-mode videos for use on social media, such as TikTok, Instagram Reels or equivalent.
If you’ve booked the Stage PLUS package, you also get: at least 40 photos in your individual session, including:
d) A variety of headshots, both in your speaker outfit and others that you can use to update your LinkedIn profile photo and include in your speaker/media kit.
e) Action/Lifestyle shots for your speaker/media kit, social media, blog posts, newsletters.
f) Hero images for your website, LinkedIn and other social media banners and blog posts.

Colleagues, friends and family of the speakers in your group. At the right time during your prep process, we will send you a reminder (with a script) to invite them to support you on that day.
