Feeling stuck around your branding?

So was April!

Watch this short 1-minute video below to see how the Find your brand! free workshop helped April get unstuck.

Here’s April in her own words …

“When I decided to do this workshop, I hadn’t put much thought into my branding since I’m just starting out. Not only did I have a lot of fun, but in 12 minutes, Raj had lit a fire under me and I had created a mood board that reflected back a lot of my branding and my values.”

So what is the Find your brand! workshop?

It’s an intimate gathering of entrepreneurs, authors and speakers working together on a guided, visual exercise to find unexpected, deep insights about their own values and personal brand

Who is this for?

This workshop is for entrepreneurs, authors and speakers who:

  • Want to inspire themselves and others through their journey of transformation

  • Are tired of the standard Instagrammy branding aesthetic everywhere: pastel, perfect and positive

  • Want to infuse their soul into their brand through real, vulnerable stories

What are the benefits?

  • Experience a different, more intuitive and fun approach to personal branding

  • Create a visual mood board that captures how YOU see and feel about your brand

  • Unearth insights about your brand values + look-and-feel that you can apply immediately

How does it work?

  • You’ll spend 12-15 minutes creating your own mini mood board on Pinterest, with detailed guidance

  • Then you’ll spend 5-7 minutes reflecting on the mood board using a set of prompts

  • Finally, you’ll share your mood board and insights with a supportive, cheering group who’ll provide their own reflections

Step 1: Create a mood board and reflect on it

In the exercise part of this workshop, you get to create a mood board of images that inspire you in some way. The key is to make snap judgements, using your gut to guide you. Then you get to reflect on your board and look at the patterns that emerge.

As an example, let’s look at April’s mood board below. What do YOU see?

In 12 minutes, April got to clarify several of her core values and components of her brand: her love of texture, the colors she was drawn to, her attraction to calm, sensual vibes, her pride in her life experience, the deep value and wisdom of nature, and her fierce femininity.

Step 2: Share your board and reflections with the group

At the end, you get to share with a supportive group of fellow attendees who offer their own reflections, all while cheering you on.

Here’s what April shared with the group.

In case you’re curious about my work …

And here’s a little bit about who I am …

Raj Bandyopadhyay Profile Photo.jpg

Hi! I’m Raj, a recovering techie from Mumbai turned artist & photographer in New York City

I’m an immigrant; originally from India, I’ve been in the US for over 20 years.

I’ve worked as a software engineer and data scientist for over a decade. But then I decided to leave it all to pursue my artistic purpose and passion: photography.

I’m a straight cis guy married to a queer trans man.

Somewhere in there, I trained as a sex and relationship coach, which taught me how to help my clients feel comfortable expressing themselves fully on camera.

I bridge multiple worlds: Indian and Western, technology and art, straight and queer, and I bring all of that that to my photography to help you tell your story — in all its beautiful complexity and contradiction.

Intrigued? Here are two ways to connect with me.
